1. BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME
• By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms.
• I retain the copyright to my work and require attribution/credit in any repost of my work.
⚬ Unauthorized use of my work for commercial purposes will have you blacklisted from me.
⚬ I do not allow in any case the use of my artwork for NFTs and GEN AI.
⚬ For every commission I will ask to the client the permit if I can use the commissioned artwork for promotional material (posting on my socials, using it as an example in the commission sheets, etc.).2. PAYMENT
• I require 50% of the full price before starting the commission. After approving the sketch it will be requested to pay the rest of the price before proceeding with the commission.
⚬ I only accept payment through PayPal in EUR and Ko-fi.
• Additional fees can be applied in case of changes during the realization of the artwork.
⚬ Major changes (changing the pose / outfit / hairstyle / etc.) will only be allowed during the sketch phase and no fees will be applied. After the sketch phase major changes will be allowed only after paying an additional fee percentage based on how much I have to change.
⚬ Minor changes (small details / eye/mouth positioning / etc.) are allowed during the whole commission.
• Commercial use of my work will come with a percentage fee to add when commisioning the artwork.3. REFUNDS
• Complete refunds will only be offered during the sketch phase. After the sketch approval a refund can happen only after paying the addition of a 15% fee of the full price.
⚬ Refunds will not be offered if the artwork has reached 50% or more of the rendering process, nor after the drawing is finalized and delivered.4. COMMISSION PROCESS
• The client needs to send the reference of the pose and the background (if it's more complex than a simple background). Photo or drawings are well accepted.
⚬ For fanarts / not original characters please send the entire name of the character, the name of the media they're from and at least an image reference of them.
⚬ For original characters please send accurate references or character sheets of their appearance and colours.
• The entire commission will be managed through VGen's direct messages.
• The client will receive a sketch for corrections and approval with watermark. This applies for any updates sent too.
• The finished artwork is delivered in a Google Drive folder and the link will be sent privately.5. TURNAROUND TIME
• A fully rendered artwork can take up to two or more weeks.
⚬ The delivery can vary in case I need more time for complexity or for personal reasons. I will notice the client with a private message if this happens.
• The client can ask updates of their commission.6. I WON'T DRAW
• Mecha, furries, NSFW / suggestive, any type of violence, blood and gore, hypermasculine men.
⚬ Anything that makes me uncomfortable.
⚬ I have the right to decline a commission if I don't want to draw the request, or if I can't deliver an artwork that reflects the aspectations or the quality wanted by the client.*For any question or doubt about my TOS, feel free to write me directly on any social.
